The Defense man camp focuses on all 3 zones on the ice. We talk about GAP, HINGE, CONTAIN & ATTACK. Words that are very important to understand in this position. We spend alot of time working on the skating skills needed to excel at this position, backwards skating, cross-overs, pivots and tight turns.
We also offer private or small group skating lessons.

“Jake and Eli really enjoyed the camp this year. Both felt that they made improvements in their skating and puck handling. Overall, I thought the camp was great! I really liked the low player – instructor ratio … that makes a big difference. My kids had fun and in the end, that’s a huge factor in player development.”
