The player will be on the treadmill working on long strides, crossovers and quick starts.

Semi – Private Lesson 2 Players
6o mins Lesson $160.00

Each player in the lesson will skate on the treadmill for 30 mins and handle a puck for 30 mins

I am offering power skating and puck skill lessons using a SYNTHETIC ICE TREADMILL. The skating treadmill is great tool that identifies the proper body position in learning how to stride, crossover and quick starts. I am offering lessons Monday and Thursday evenings, 1 hour time slots starting at 5 pm. Friday afternoon is available aslo email for more info.
