In this 1 hour session I will spend 30 minutes working on power skating techniques and 30 minutes incorporating pucks into the skating drills. I will teach proper body positioning, balance and explain how to generate power through efficient movement and effective use of their edges. The player will need to wear skates, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads.  When you drive onto the property turn left towards the greenhouses and the rink is in the 1st greenhouse beside the sports court.
