SYNTHETIC ICE TRAINING

I am offering power skating lessons using a SYNTHETIC ICE TREADMILL. The skating treadmill is great tool that identifies the proper body position and balance. The player will be taught how to stride, crossover and quick starts properly. Players will just need their skates and hockey gloves on this machine. You will have to get your skates sharpened after the lesson as the machine dulls the blades.
