In this 1 hour session I will spend 30 minutes working on power skating techniques and 30 minutes incorporating pucks into the skating drills. I will teach proper body positioning, balance and explain how to generate power through efficient movement and effective use of their edges. Players must wear helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads. Bring a water bottle too. As you drive onto the property turn left at the gate towards the greenhouses and the rink is inside the 1st greenhouse beside the sports court.
